On October the 27th the XIV Meeting of Employment and Entrepreneurship of the Public University of Navarra took place in the El Sario Building of the UPNA Campus of Arrosadia. From Exkal we were present with our own stand to get in touch with young talent, learn about their concerns, answer questions about their future work, present potential job opportunities and explain how to work from the HR Department of our entity.

The event consisted of various activities, career exit panels, talks on the labor market, entrepreneurship, public employment opportunities, seminars with experts, preparation of interviews and preparation of job search strategies and CV … The activities allowed Attendees learn about the main trends in the labor market, interact with participating organizations, discover new opportunities and, above all, enhance their employability. It is important to facilitate meeting and conversation spaces between employer companies and future employees.

It is everyone’s responsibility to take care of the younger generations, foster their entrepreneurial and proactive capacity, guide them on their way to the workplace, and help them become great professionals. They will be the workers and managers of the future. Because in fact they are already part of the present.
